Job description Looking for a results-driven retail Assistant Store Manager that can work as part of a team to meet company objectives. An Assistant Manager works with a Store Manager and performs a number of supervisory duties. The position requires leadership abilities, good people skills, the ability to communicate well and the knowledge and experience to take initiative. As an Assistant, you must have a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively take direction from an immediate supervisor. Your individual responsibilities as an Assistant may include but are not limited to: Creating a rapport with customers to ensure they enjoyed their experience Meeting and/or exceeding sales goals Merchandising Product Replenishment Cash handling Cleaning Custom Embroidery Must be able to: Read and write Utilize training tools and process inventory Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Enjoy interacting with people Communicate effectively Must have flexible availability Work holidays and weekends Stand your entire shift Lift and climb ladders Operate an embroidery machine Use various cleaners and chemicals
