TZVECL Management of CO, LLC is hiring a HRVC-Assistant General Manager in Highlands Ranch, CO. This is a full-time position. Position Overview The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the General Manager with team leadership, patient flow, staff development, and administrative responsibilities. This role helps drive performance, foster a positive team culture, and uphold Elevate EyeCares high standards for patient care and service. Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily clinic and optical operationsLead by example in delivering exceptional patient service and team professionalismSupport staff scheduling, timekeeping, and daily workflow coordinationMonitor and support performance metrics, including patient wait times, appointment flow, and sales goalsHelp onboard, train, and coach new and existing team membersEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standardsAddress and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathyCollaborate with the General Manager and providers to ensure a well-organized, efficient work environmentMonitor inventory, order supplies, and support optical merchandising as neededStep in as acting manager during GM absences or high-volume periodsParticipate in team meetings, performance reviews, and process improvement initiatives
