About the Role As the General Manager , you will oversee the daily operations, growth strategy, and overall client experience of the Lindora Superior clinic. This role requires a strong operator who can balance sales performance, staff leadership, marketing initiatives, and community engagement while maintaining Lindora's high standards of care. You will work closely with clinical providers, wellness coaches, and corporate leadership to ensure the clinic operates efficiently, meets revenue goals, and delivers an exceptional experience for every client. This position requires someone who leads with compassion, accountability, and entrepreneurial drive . What You'll Do Operational Leadership Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lindora Superior clinic Lead and support clinical and wellness staff to ensure exceptional client care Maintain compliance with all healthcare, safety, and operational standards Oversee scheduling, staffing, and clinic workflow Ensure accurate reporting and operational performance metrics Sales & Revenue Growth Drive membership enrollment and program sales Lead consultative sales conversations with prospective clients Track performance against monthly revenue and enrollment goals Coach staff on sales techniques and client engagement strategies Identify opportunities to increase retention, renewals, and program upgrades Marketing & Promotions Execute local marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives Partner with corporate marketing to implement brand campaigns Coordinate events, open houses, and wellness workshops Develop partnerships with local businesses, gyms, medical providers, and organizations Utilize social media and community outreach to build brand awareness Community Engagement Serve as the primary ambassador for Lindora in the Superior and Boulder County communities Build relationships with local leaders, health professionals, and organizations Participate in community events, wellness fairs, and networking opportunities Foster partnerships that drive referrals and clinic visibility Client Experience Ensure every client receives compassionate, personalized service Support clients throughout their wellness journey Maintain Lindora's Client Experience Model standards Address client concerns promptly and professionally Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor clinic staff Create a positive, high-performing team culture Conduct staff meetings, performance coaching, and development plans Promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork What We're Looking For Leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service-based operations Strong sales leadership and revenue growth experience Experience managing and motivating teams Passion for health, wellness, and preventative care Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with community outreach, partnerships, or event marketing Highly organized with strong operational oversight skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Professional, positive, and compassionate leadership style Experience with CRM, EMR, or scheduling systems preferred Marketing or business development experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$55,000
