You will bring 3-5 years of experience in the fitness industry, some of which is in a management role. Compensation:

$55,000-$85,000. This position offers a competitive base + commission, based on experience & performance, including profit sharing based on total revenue with no ceiling. Opportunity to bonus, based on exemplary performance.

Responsibilities:

Implement compelling marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain members Handle staffing, training, scheduling, and employee reviews for a devoted team Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym or fitness center including classes, sales, and memberships Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to increase revenue Provide a clean and safe environment for the benefit of both members and staff .

Qualifications:

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED; we consider it a plus to have a degree in a fitness related field of study Must have a strong focus on putting the members first with exceptional customer service experience Must have at least 3-5 or more years of experience in the fitness field Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a fitness role An ideal candidate would be a self-starter and self-motivated to meet and exceed goals 2+ years of fitness sales experience or very similar retail/service sales About Company CycleBar is the world's first and only Premium Indoor Cycling franchise.
