Essential Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated success in business systems management, project execution, and organizational change management. Proven experience directing vendor relations, managing service level agreements, and evaluating external service delivery. Skilled team leader with a track record of mentoring staff, setting stretch goals, and cultivating team achievement. Outstanding analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and communication capabilities.
