Qualifications RESUME:

(TQs) : Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications. TQ1- Demonstrated executive-level experience leading and directing teams of Intelligence Community professionals, providing highly complex and technical guidance within a private sector organization or government agency, and exhibiting expert managerial and leadership capabilities. TQ2
- Expert knowledge of and experience in managing, evaluating, and implementing analytic products and services within the Intelligence Community. TQ3
- Demonstrated experience communicating complex and politically sensitive policy issues orally and in writing, representing the Intelligence Community to key management officials, Departmental staff, and Congressional members and their staffs.
EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS
(ECQs): In addition to the Technical Qualification Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment will be assessed for executive competency against the following five mandatory ECQs.
