- Helping with customer issues
- Training employees
- Delegating desired duties to employees
- Managing customers memberships and cash customers out
- Doing dailey,weekly,monthly maintenance
- Help make weekly schedule
- Daily tunnel/property walk with Manager to ensure everything is running properly.
- Overseeing site when manager is off
