GENERAL MANAGER

Are you a process-driven leader who thrives on building culture, holding teams accountable, and driving results through operational excellence? Our growing golf cart dealership is seeking a General Manager to oversee our multifaceted location — including sales, service, and parts . This is not a traditional "chase the number" sales role. Instead, we're looking for a structured, disciplined, team leader who can: Ensure each department follows policies, procedures, and standardized processes . Hold teams accountable while also identifying opportunities to coach, train, and develop talent . Build and sustain a positive, high-performance culture where exceeding our customers' expectations and and keeping our promises comes first. Coordinate and orchestrate the teams in unit sales, service, and parts operations to create a seamless experience for customers. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all dealership operations: sales, service, and parts. Implement and enforce processes, SOPs, and compliance standards . Develop, coach, and hold staff accountable for performance and behavior. Partner with department heads to ensure every team member understands their role in the customer journey. Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and act decisively when expectations are not met. Drive growth by fostering operational discipline and cultural alignment — knowing that strong processes naturally deliver revenue. We know golf carts are a niche industry — so we're looking for leaders from related, process-driven industries with a similar departmental structure , such as: Automotive, Powersports, RV, or Marine Dealerships Construction or Agricultural Equipment Dealerships Industrial Equipment Sales & Service Centers (e.g., equipment rental centers, HVAC service centers, building/industrial equipment sales & service, etc)

Qualifications:

Proven experience running a location or business unit with multiple departments and a team of 10+ in specialized positions. Ability and willingness to learn every role and to fill in at any position when needed (parts sales, warehouse, service advisor, unit sales, deliveries). Strong skills in operations management, process management, and compliance . A track record of developing talent and creating a culture of accountability where every team member contributes to the core mission . Experience with coaching, training, and (when necessary) making tough personnel decisions . Ability to set and sustain culture while balancing customer service and profitability. Jeffrey Allen Inc is a family-owned and -operated Club Car golf cart & utility vehicle dealership, with over 50 years in business, and 3 stores in Florida. We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our Davie store.

Compensation & Benefits:

Total annual compensation package of $95,000 to $120,000 based on experience. (Total package includes base salary plus performance-based incentive potential.)
