Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing landscaping company in Florida. The General Manager will be responsible for managing employees and crews, coordinating projects, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the company operates efficiently and profitably. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the landscaping company Manage field crews, supervisors, and office staff Schedule crews, projects, equipment, and materials Monitor project progress, quality, and completion Maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial customers Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Recruit, train, and manage employees Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity Coordinate purchasing, equipment, vehicles, and supplies Review job costs, labor, materials, and overall profitability Work with the owner on budgets, business goals, and company growth Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety requirements Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand the customer base Skills Previous management experience in landscaping, construction, property maintenance, or a related industry Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing field crews and multiple projects Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage budgets, job costs, and profitability Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Valid driver's license Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation Salary will be negotiated based on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.
