About Us Established in 1968, our family-owned sewn products manufacturing company in Hialeah, Florida, is seeking a hands-on Controller / Business Manager to oversee financial operations and day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting:

Lead month-end closing processes, prepare general ledger entries, and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

Accounts Payable:

Reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders, post invoices, and prepare checks and online payments.

Accounts Receivable:

Generate and post customer invoices, reconcile accounts, and process incoming payments.

Payroll Administration:

Manage and process payroll accurately through our third-party provider.

Office Administration:

Direct general office manager duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Experience:

5+ years of accounting/finance experience within a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with ERP software, accounting systems (Quickbooks preferred), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Core Competencies:

Strong attention to detail, high accuracy, and the ability to manage tight deadlines.

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
