The Seminole Tribe of Florida is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our Smoke Shop operations throughout Florida. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple retail locations, developing store leadership, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The General Manager will partner closely with regional leadership and ownership to support continued growth while maintaining operational, financial, and regulatory standards. What You'll Do Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Smoke Shop locations Coach, develop, and support Store Managers and their teams Drive sales, profitability, inventory performance, and overall store results Analyze sales trends and financial performance to identify opportunities for growth Maintain strong inventory controls and protect inventory integrity Oversee pricing, margins, vendor relationships, contracts, and issue resolution Ensure stores consistently meet customer service and brand standards Support cigarette vending operations, including product mix, technology implementation, site approval, and profitability Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and continued business growth Ensure compliance with Seminole Tribe of Florida policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred At least 5 years of management and/or retail leadership experience Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams Experience with sales, inventory management, budgeting, accounting, or bookkeeping practices Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid Florida Driver's License Ability to travel to Smoke Shop locations throughout Florida, including occasional overnight travel Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Compensation:
