Assistant Manager

Cool Stuff Games - Maitland is looking for an assistant manager to join our team! This position is in a unique, employee-oriented retail environment focused on Trading Card Games and fostering community. This role requires full availability, including the ability to working until 2AM when required, as well as owning a vehicle. Our ideal candidate is passionate about organization and planning, customer service, and community building.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous retail management experience. Full availability. Have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory management, reporting, and accounting. Assisting the Store Manager with the hiring process. Assisting the Store Manager with operational tasks. Good organization, multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills. Cash handling experience. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people and interact with large groups of teens and/or young adults (over 100+ at points). Knowledge of products and games hosted or sold at Cool Stuff Games. Coaching staff and training new employees.

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
