Job Duties:
Lead and oversee all of the organizations operations to ensure alignment with long-term corporate and strategic objectives. Develop, implement, and evaluate business strategies to drive growth, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness. Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and market conditions to support executive decision-making. Manage company-wide budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives to optimize profitability. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures as needed to maintain organizational performance. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and process improvement initiatives. Represent the company in business negotiations, customer relations, and engagements with external stakeholders. Oversee organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, leadership development, and performance management.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
