You'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality and speed standards. This role starts at 8-24 hours per week during September and October, then can increase to 32-36 hours per week during peak season ( mid-November through December ). Top-performing seasonal employees will be considered for permanent roles when available. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on order specifications Maintain quality control to ensure orders are complete and damage-free Stand, walk, and move continuously during your shift Lift and move packages up to 30 lbs regularly Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Meet daily productivity and shipping goals in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Proven experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or order-picking roles Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail Available to start immediately and work the posted seasonal schedule
