Maintain a thorough understanding of ParFit's golf experiences, programs, products, promotions, and food and beverage offerings. Own the Business Take responsibility for the location's financial and operational performance. Manage the location's profit and loss statement, revenue goals, labor expenses, and operating costs. Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiency, and grow profitability. Monitor performance trends and develop action plans to achieve business goals. Communicate the location's results, opportunities, and operational needs clearly to the CEO and COO. Manage Daily Operations Oversee all aspects of the location, including golf operations, leagues and programs, food and beverage service, facility maintenance, inventory, and staffing. Ensure the facility is clean, welcoming, properly maintained, and ready to serve customers. Build awareness of ParFit through local marketing, partnerships, events, and community involvement. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and local regulatory requirements, including alcohol-service laws. What We're Looking For At least two years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, hotels, golf courses, private clubs, restaurants, or a related customer-focused business. At least one recent year of experience as an Assistant General Manager, General Manager, or in a comparable leadership role. Proven ability to recruit, train, motivate, and hold employees accountable. Strong business judgment and a working understanding of sales, labor management, operating expenses, and financial performance. Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills. A positive, energetic leadership style and a willingness to lead from the front. The ability to think quickly, solve problems, and manage customer expectations professionally. Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. The ability to stand, walk, bend, and use stairs for extended periods. The ability to obtain all licenses and certifications required for the location. Why Join ParFit? At ParFit, you won't simply manage shifts—you'll lead a business.
