General Manager | North Orlando, FL | Certified Climate Control Certified Climate Control is a growing provider of residential HVAC services across the Greater Orlando area, known for quality workmanship, reliable service, and an exceptional customer experience. We're built for growth - and we're looking for a General Manager to help drive it. This is not a maintenance role. We're looking for a leader who can take ownership of the business, build a high-performing team, and push results.

What You'll Own Performance & Growth:

Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across HVAC service, maintenance, and installation operations. Set the pace, hold the team accountable, and consistently deliver on targets.

Operations:

Lead day-to-day service and installation operations. Track KPIs, improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and ensure the business is positioned to scale.

Financials:

Own the P&L. Manage budgets, control costs, and make decisions that improve margins while maintaining a high standard of service.

People:

Build, coach, and lead a team that performs. Hire strong talent, develop leaders, and address underperformance quickly.

Customer Experience:

Set the standard for quality, responsiveness, and professionalism. Handle escalations, protect the brand, and ensure customers receive an experience that earns repeat business and referrals. What You Bring 5+ years of leadership experience in HVAC, home services, or a similar industry Proven track record of driving revenue, profitability, and operational performance Strong understanding of residential service and installation operations Experience managing budgets and owning P&L performance Hands-on leadership style - visible, accountable, and decisive Ability to build teams, develop talent, and drive results through people Why Certified Climate Control We're growing, moving fast, and investing in leaders who want to build something.
