Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Pompano Beach, FL. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing studio operations, meeting sales and membership goals, leading and managing the studio team, and ensuring a positive experience for members. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing day-to-day operations, handling budgets, tracking studio performance metrics, addressing customer inquiries, and supervising staff to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff effectively Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management Operational knowledge including budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle concerns or feedback professionally Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive studio environment Proficiency in using business-related tools and software for operations and reporting Background in fitness, health, or wellness industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
