Job Overview Summary The Vice President of Member Experience drives client retention and growth by overseeing existing client relationships, leading new client and vendor implementations, nurturing broker relationships, delivering targeted cost-containment solutions, and ensuring data accuracy and reporting quality. Responsibilities Oversee new client onboarding, including hands-on implementation of the Everlong Captive solutions, while providing in-depth educational support throughout the process. Fuel captive growth by building and maintaining strong client and broker relationships. Identify and deliver cost-containment innovations that produce measurable, high ROI for clients. Drive improved claims management performance through analysis, delivery, and reporting of claims-related information. Analyze and validate data across census, plan design, claims reports, and related sources to ensure accuracy. Occasional travel to support brokers and client events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3-4 years of account management experience in health or brokerage organization; experience in benefits, stop loss, or captive insurance is a plus. Proof of the ability to challenge the status quo and deliver innovative, best-in-class service solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Thorough understanding of medical insurance terminology, concepts, underwriting, and regulatory requirements. Strong data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
