Maintain impeccable sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate services, and upsell retail products confidently. Stay current with industry trends in nail art, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other beauty techniques to offer innovative solutions. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of completed services. Knowledge of color theory for nail art design and hair coloring techniques. Hands-on experience with nail extensions, acrylic nails application, gel manicures, and pedicures. Familiarity with salon safety protocols including sanitation standards and disinfection procedures. Excellent communication skills for client consultation and building lasting relationships.
