The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including room bookings, event planning, and maintenance. Oversee budgets, maximize revenue, and manage financial records to achieve financial goals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. Lead staff training meetings and ensure operational checklists and safety protocols are followed. Conduct daily check-ins with department heads to align on priorities and maintain operations.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
