Description:
The Management Trainee program is a structured, full-time development position designed to prepare high-potential college graduates for future leadership roles within our community bank. Participants gain broad exposure to retail banking, commercial lending, credit administration, operations, and risk management through hands-on assignments, formal training, and mentoring by senior leaders. This position is intended for individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic, leadership potential and a long-term interest in building a career in community banking, with the goal of progressing into an officer-level role over time. The Management Trainee program typically spans 12-24 months , depending on the individual progress and organizational needs. During this time, trainees rotate through key functional areas of the bank while learning the fundamentals of banking operations, customer relationship management, and regulatory compliance.
