This program is designed to develop future manufacturing leaders by providing practical experience in production operations, safety, quality, maintenance coordination, continuous improvement, and employee leadership. Successful candidates will gain a deep understanding of manufacturing processes while developing the leadership skills necessary to manage people, improve performance, and drive operational excellence. This is not a desk job. Our best leaders understand the business because they have worked alongside employees, mastered the processes, and earned the respect of their teams through knowledge, integrity, and accountability. What You Will Do During the training program, you will: Learn manufacturing processes from raw materials through finished goods. Develop a working knowledge of production equipment, quality systems, and operational procedures. Rotate through various departments including production, quality, maintenance, warehousing, and planning. Supervise and lead employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assist with production scheduling, problem-solving, and process improvement initiatives. Participate in safety programs and help maintain a safe work environment. Analyze operational data and performance metrics. Learn how to manage labor, productivity, quality, and customer requirements. Lead projects focused on reducing waste, improving efficiency, and increasing product quality. Build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. What We Are Looking For We are seeking individuals who: Possess strong leadership potential. Enjoy solving problems and making decisions. Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and managers. Are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Lead by example and can earn the trust and respect of others. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in manufacturing, military service, skilled trades, logistics, construction, industrial maintenance, agriculture, distribution, or another applicable hands-on environment. Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends or off-shifts as needed. Ability to walk, stand, and work in an industrial manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree, technical certification, or vocational training. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Experience operating industrial equipment or manufacturing systems.
