Assistant branch manager Overview Assistant manager needed for a local finance business in Gainesville. Must be able to do but not limited to the following: multi-tasking skills a must, work well with other employees as well as our clients including conflict resolution, follow call routine from desk daily, handle phone calls in a time sensitive manner, assist the manager or other staff members as needed, proficient in customer service, extremely familiar with computers, sales, collections and reliability a must. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass background/drug test. A great candidate for the the job will have flexibility with scheduling and the ability to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis as well as meet and maintain goals daily, weekly and monthly. Great bonus program and great benefits. Previous finance or finance management experience preferred. An Assistant Branch Manager's daily activities and duties include: Building relationships with customers, local business and others in the local community. Completing loan applications and explaining loan contracts/terms. Delivering excellent customer service and working with customers to help find solutions to their problems. Working with customers to collect past due balances. Qualifications Willingness to work hard, take direction, provide excellent customer service, be compliant with all rules & regulations, and act with integrity. Goal Oriented. Reliable attendance. Attention to detail. Basic math skills and a comfort with numbers. GED or High School diploma
