Position Summary We are hiring an Warehouse Deputy Leader to support daily warehouse operations and frontline management. This role will assist with staff coordination, task assignment, workflow follow-up, issue handling, cross-functional communication, and basic data management to ensure warehouse operations run efficiently, accurately, and safely. Key Responsibilities Assist the Leader with daily warehouse operations, including staff arrangement, task assignment, workflow follow-up, and on-site coordination Follow up on receiving, putaway, sorting, packing, outbound, handover, and inventory-related operations to ensure smooth workflow Assist in handling on-site issues and support timely escalation and resolution Monitor employees' compliance with standard operating procedures, safety rules Support new hire training, on-the-job coaching, and daily work guidance Assist with basic data tracking, work records, and system updates to ensure timely and accurate information Maintain effective communication with other departments and support overall warehouse operation goals Complete other tasks assigned by management Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations is preferred Team lead, training, on-site coordination, or entry-level management experience is preferred Familiarity with basic warehouse processes such as receiving, putaway, sorting, packing, outbound, and inventory count Strong sense of responsibility, execution, and problem-solving ability Able to adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment and work under pressure Good communication skills and teamwork spirit Basic Microsoft computer skills required English-Chinese bilingual candidates are required Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
