Position Summary:
The Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our stores, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and delivering top-notch customer service. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in management, an affinity for pets, and a proven track record of driving performance and fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution:
Implement the business strategy in alignment with company goals. Strive to ensure the successful execution of the business plan, focusing on sales growth, profitability, and operational consistency.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards of service and store presentation. Maintain operational standards to ensure compliance and excellence. Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership and Development:
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, leading by example. Manage staffing requirements, including scheduling and performance evaluations. Implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Customer Experience:
Uphold exceptional standards for customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive shopping experience. Actively manage and improve customer satisfaction metrics, aiming for excellence in every interaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years as a Manager. Demonstrated ability in driving sales growth and managing operational budgets. Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team development and performance management. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine love for pets.
Pay:
$47,381.95 - $57,062.13 per year
