Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations; bus tables as needed to keep the dining area inviting. Assist with food preparation, cocktail mixing, and beverage service in accordance with food safety standards. Build rapport with guests through attentive service, upselling opportunities, and personalized guest relations to maximize sales. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally. Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly. Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and transaction accuracy. Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
