Kauai Division Manager Lihue, HI | Full-time | $70,000-$85,000/year Menehune Water Company is looking for a driven, detail-oriented leader to run the day-to-day show for our Kauai Division. If you thrive on keeping operations tight, people motivated, and customers happy, this is your next move. What you'll do: Own daily operations across personnel, production, admin, and customer service Lead and develop your team — supervising, assigning, and reviewing work Keep production schedules, orders, and materials running smoothly Manage financials: invoices, deposits, expense reports, and budget input Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policy Be the go-to problem-solver, partnering with sales, vendors, and corporate What you bring: 2+ years of management/supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Valid Hawaii driver's license and eligibility to obtain
