We are looking for a Regional Director with a proven track record managing multiple automotive locations or regions; experience in strategic planning, business development, and P&L management. Must be based locally in the Quad Cities Region (Iowa/Illinois) Responsibilities Managing dealership networks or service centers Ensuring compliance with automotive-specific laws (e.g., warranty, emissions, safety) Coordinating with corporate sales, service, and parts teams Driving customer satisfaction and retention in a competitive market Qualifications Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Financial and performance management expertise Proficiency in automotive retail, service, and operations systems Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments In-depth market experience within the Iowa and Illinois automotive retail sectors Proven success managing multiple locations or running a high-volume dealership as a GM Strong executive leadership skills to scale operations smoothly with an elite megadealer Local presence: Ability to be based out of the Quad Cities area to ensure hands-on regional oversight Why Ed Morse?
