Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the boat club. Lead, train, schedule, and motivate dock staff and customer service team members. Ensure boats are clean, fueled, maintained, and ready for member reservations. Deliver exceptional member service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating positive experiences. Support membership onboarding and educate new members on club policies, safety procedures, and boat operation. Monitor reservation systems and coordinate fleet availability. Conduct routine inspections of boats, docks, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate with maintenance personnel and vendors to ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance. Maintain compliance with all company safety standards and local boating regulations. Assist with inventory management, purchasing, and operational supplies. Support club events, marketing initiatives, and member engagement activities. Must be willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities and perform any tasks necessary to support the success and growth of the business. Qualifications Preffered 2-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, recreation, marina operations, retail, or a related customer-focused industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Weekend and holiday availability during the boating season. Basic computer proficiency with scheduling and reservation software. Valid driver's license. Boating experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
