Management Trainee Internship (Summer 26) - Bourbonnais, IL

It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. • This is a paid internship for Summer 2026 that will start in May 2026 and end in early August 2026. The rate of pay is $18.00/hour based on a 40 hour work week. • This role will be located out of one of our Chicagoland locations work location to be determined in the interview process.

Responsibilities When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelors degree program with a graduation date of August 2026, December 2026 or May 2027. Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in sales, leadership and customer service. Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
