$22-$25 per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses
Reports To:
Community Manager Key Responsibilities:
Support the Community Manager with daily operations, resident relations, leasing, and financial performance Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service Oversee rent collections and monitor delinquency Assist with leasing efforts and renewal campaigns to meet occupancy goals Process applications, lease paperwork, and ensure compliance with company policies Support property inspections, vendor coordination, and maintenance follow-ups Maintain accurate resident records and reporting Step in as acting manager when needed
What We're Looking For:
1-3+ years of experience in property management or leasing Strong understanding of fair housing laws and lease compliance Confident communicator with a professional and approachable demeanor Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to handle resident concerns with empathy and effectiveness Comfortable using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) A collaborative attitude and the desire to help a great team succeed Why Fairways of Naperville & Ansonia?
