This General Manager opportunity oversees day-to-day operations from sales handoff through final payment, building accountability and momentum across the entire project lifecycle. Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Manager position include: 7-10 years of proven leadership managing a $5M-$10M+ high-volume, permit-based exterior construction operation. Required track record managing high-volume projects and associated staff, with experience coordinating permitting and production. Ability to lead, delegate, and manage diverse teams and trade partners effectively. Proficiency in reading construction plans, structural details, and product installation specifications. Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills to keep projects moving on schedule. Ensure quality and safety by executing work strictly to plan, safely, and correctly to endure. Monitor job costs against projections and escalate cost variations over 10%; approve select purchase orders up to $1,000 above projections. Own operational flow and customer satisfaction by coordinating scheduling, site execution, QC checklists, wrap-up, warranty, and final payment.
Salary:
$115,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience and bonus with possibility up to $240,000.
