What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Manager, you will: Lead and support the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Greet customers and ensure they receive excellent service during their visit. Assist customers with our self-service system and promote car wash memberships. Ensure vehicles are safely guided into the car wash tunnel and monitor the process. Perform light maintenance and housekeeping tasks to keep the site spotless and efficient. Manage opening and closing duties, making sure the site is clean and organized. Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate issues when needed. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to keep them motivated. Help with inventory, site repairs, and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules.

A team player with leadership skills and a customer-first attitude. Someone who can work on their feet in all weather conditions—rain, heat, or cold.
