Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Director to lead our educational organization with enthusiasm and strategic insight. This pivotal role involves overseeing the comprehensive operations of our educational programs, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the highest standards of administrative excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for education, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing educational institutions or programs. As Managing Director, you will drive program development, manage staff, and cultivate a vibrant community dedicated to learning and growth. Your energetic approach will inspire teams, engage students, and elevate our organization's mission to new heights. Duties Provide strategic leadership to all educational programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs Oversee daily operations, including curriculum implementation, staff supervision, and student engagement initiatives Develop and enhance educational programs by integrating innovative teaching methods and administrative software tools Manage personnel including hiring, training, evaluating staff performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment Supervise school administrative functions such as scheduling, compliance, budgeting, and resource allocation Cultivate relationships with students, parents, community partners, and regulatory bodies to promote organizational growth Lead team management efforts by setting clear objectives, motivating staff, and maintaining high productivity standards Qualifications Higher education teaching experience with a strong background in education administration or school experience Demonstrated expertise in school administrative director roles or similar leadership positions within educational settings Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software systems Extensive experience in staff supervision, personnel management in education, and program development Knowledge of early childhood education center operations and childcare best practices Proven ability to lead teams effectively while working with students of diverse backgrounds Strong writing skills for reports, proposals, and communication with stakeholders Experience with university or higher education administration is highly desirable Exceptional organizational skills combined with a passion for education excellence and innovation Join us to make a meaningful impact in the lives of learners! Pay:
