Duties Oversee daily operations of the nightclub or event venue, ensuring everything runs seamlessly from guest entry to closing. Lead and supervise staff members, including bartenders, security personnel, servers, and event staff, fostering a positive team environment. Plan and coordinate special events, parties, and themed nights to attract diverse audiences and maximize venue revenue. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and handle cash flow with accuracy and integrity. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and CPR readiness. Maintain high standards of customer service by engaging with guests directly and addressing any concerns promptly. Utilize technical proficiency in venue management software and Microsoft Office tools to generate reports, track performance metrics, and support operational decision-making. Experience Proven experience in nightclub management or event venue operations is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or managerial roles in hospitality or entertainment settings. Strong background in events management, including planning, execution, and post-event reporting. Familiarity with operational management tasks such as budgeting, cash handling, and staff supervision. Experience working in resort environments or large-scale entertainment venues is a plus. Prior assistant manager experience is highly desirable for effective team management. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff members at all levels and engage with diverse guest demographics.
