Good Oil is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Akron, IN gas station/convenience store location. What You'll Do:

Coach and train team to provide superior customer service while meeting Good Oil Company's operational goals. Assist in scheduling, coaching and retaining employees. Manage the cleanliness of the facility and perform paperwork/accounting functions.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years' experience in retail management with a successful record of performance. Experience with coaching employees. Ability to perform store-level accounting functions. Ability to professionally interact with customers Willingness to follow Good Oil Company's policies and procedures
