At Nolan Living, we're looking for an Assistant Manager who can balance the books, support the team, and help ensure our community runs like a well-oiled machine. Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leads Prepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in ready Receive, record, and deposit rent and fees daily Post payments, process refunds, and reconcile ledgers Manage delinquencies and initiate eviction processes as needed Prepare and distribute resident statements and utility billing Complete daily, weekly, and month-end financial reports Assist with audits and ensure financial accuracy Support leasing efforts and respond to resident inquiries Maintain confidentiality of all financial and resident information Assist the Property Manager with staff oversight and operations Ensure compliance with all company policies and proceduresRequirements What You'll Bring:
2+ years of multifamily leasing experience Yardi experience preferred Strong financial and administrative skills Ability to handle cash and manage confidential information Excellent communication and organizational abilities Proficiency in data entry and reporting Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of fair housing laws and property operations High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience)Additional Details:
