The Opportunity We're hiring a General Manager to lead the Fort Wayne SW facility. Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth - Your Top Priority Own the sales funnel. Personally close 60%+ of leads from day one Grow memberships, personal training, and team training programs Track and report on daily/weekly/monthly sales metrics Develop local strategies to keep the pipeline full and active Team Management Model a strong, first-in/last-out leadership mentality Hire, train, and lead a high-performance team Hold weekly team meetings and 1:1s to ensure alignment Financial Oversight Manage the P&L and meet monthly revenue and expense goals Report budget performance and financial metrics to ownership Marketing & Community Engagement Build partnerships, drive local awareness, and support marketing campaigns. Support social media and paid ad efforts Operations & Experience Ensure daily facility operations run smoothly and efficiently Create a training environment that is clean, safe, and motivating What You Bring Proven sales skills—you're a confident, energetic closer 3+ years in a management or leadership role Experience managing a P&L and meeting financial targets Comfortable leading from the front and setting the tone daily Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred Experience in fitness sales is strongly preferred Who You'll Serve At D1 Fort Wayne SW, you'll work with a diverse clientele —from middle school athletes to working adults and high-level performers.
