Full Job Description Role Overview:
As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, supervising and training team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educate guests on vehicle care, and review recommended services. Supervise daily operations, build customer loyalty, and ensure adherence to company policies. Develop weekly work schedules, manage inventory, and assist with store audits to maintain safety and cleanliness. Lead, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performance environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments, customer-focused mindset, ability to work in fast-paced settings, and proficiency with KPI data analysis. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments. Strong communication skills in English, schedule flexibility, and attention to safety.
