Role Description Windstar Lines is seeking a General Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Lebanon, IN. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising a team, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards in service quality. The role also involves financial oversight, reporting, and collaboration with upper management to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating staff Proficiency in operational management, strategic planning, and problem-solving Financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting abilities Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance, particularly in the transportation or logistics industry Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners Familiarity with transportation operations and logistics is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
