This highly visible position offers an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished professional to contribute directly to the effectiveness of the University's senior leadership and the advancement of its institutional priorities. The Executive Associate is a critical member of the President's office team and must bring exceptional judgment, discretion, initiative, and professionalism to the role. Working under the direction of the President's Chief of Staff, the Executive Associate facilitates presidential operations, coordinates high-level initiatives, and helps ensure that the Office of the President functions with efficiency, responsiveness, and continuity. The position serves as a strategic liaison across the University and with external constituencies, including members of the Board of Trustees, community leaders, government officials, and other important partners. The Executive Associate manages complex and time-sensitive responsibilities, coordinates executive communications and briefing materials, supports significant presidential meetings and engagements, monitors commitments and follow-up actions, and supervises assigned staff.
