Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager is responsible for learning the ins and outs of our company and preparing for a future leadership role. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and have a strong background in sales and customer service.

Duties:

• Assist with employee orientation and training to ensure new hires are fully equipped to perform their job responsibilities.
• Learn and master our POS system, as well as our wireless sales processes.
• Provide top-notch customer service and support by being knowledgeable about our products and services.
• Utilize strong math skills to accurately manage cash transactions and operate a cash register.
• Negotiate with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
• Participate in recruiting efforts to identify and hire top talent for our team.
• Assist with managing inventory levels and ensuring the store is organized and clean.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees to ensure seamless operations.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail environment is highly preferred, with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Multilingual skills are an asset, as we strive to be a welcoming and inclusive workplace for customers and employees alike.
• The ability to learn quickly and take initiative is essential for success in this role.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree or higher being desirable.
