JOB SUMMARY
The Surveillance Operator is responsible for observing all operational gaming and surrounding areas to report procedural infractions and criminal activity to the appropriate person/department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains cleanliness of work stations and equipment. Performs close watch duties as assigned. Maintains familiarity with gaming law, regulations, company policies, and procedures. Receives periodic on-the-job training. Diligently monitors all company assets as well as monitoring all Team Members for procedural violations. Maintains up to the minute, detailed, and accurate logs. Ensures compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the property's BSA policy. Monitors for suspicious transactions as defined by the BSA. All other duties assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Individual proficiencies as it relates to job duties and responsibilities. Maintain interpersonal working relationships among personnel. Oral and written communication skills. Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the position.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred one (1) year of surveillance or related experience. Ability to obtain a valid Racing License
