Contribute to marketing initiatives by implementing promotional displays and supporting local advertising efforts. Develop leadership skills by supervising shift activities, managing customer service standards, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Skills Strong negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Excellent employee orientation and training abilities to develop new team members. Experience in interviewing candidates and recruiting top talent for retail positions. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities preferred for serving diverse customer bases. Proficiency in payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management systems. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions.
