Grow Our Own (GO2) - Industrial Sales Development Program What is GO2? GO2 is our 12-to-18-month development program designed for recent graduates interested in a career in industrial sales. You will receive comprehensive training, hands on experience, and dedicated mentorship, preparing you to transition into a full-time sales role in an assigned territory. This position is for our GHX Industrial business. Training will occur in a GHX facility, likely in Houston. At completion of the training program, you will be transferred to your assigned sales territory.
