This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and parental leave Qualifications 7+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, preferably within transportation, logistics, fleet, or another highly regulated industry Experience managing a large hourly/frontline workforce Strong understanding of transportation operations and fleet management Experience with

DOT/FMCSA

regulations and safety programs strongly preferred Proven experience managing budgets, KPIs, and P&L performance Strong employee relations and people-management skills Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and accountability Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Strong communicator with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant leadership experience will be considered Primary Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day operations for the location, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service Manage and develop a large hourly/frontline workforce, including drivers, dispatch, maintenance, and administrative teams Establish performance expectations and drive accountability across the operation Maintain a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, state, and company requirements Partner with maintenance leadership to ensure fleet availability, reliability, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance Monitor key operational and financial metrics, including revenue, labor, overtime, maintenance, fuel, and fleet utilization Develop and manage operating budgets while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, attendance, employee relations, and performance management Why Choose Addison Group?
