The Role:
We are looking for an action-oriented, passionate General Manager to lead our team, drive membership growth, and elevate our member experience. As GM, you will own the daily operations, coach and mentor our fitness trainers, and serve as the main driver for community engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture:
Hire, train, and manage gym staff and trainers to uphold our high-energy, inclusive environment.
Sales & Membership Growth:
Oversee sales pipelines, lead generation, guest outreach, and membership retention strategies.
Operations:
Manage facility maintenance, class schedules, inventory, and staff rosters.
Member Engagement:
Foster deep relationships with members, organize community events, and handle feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction. Commission Based on Business Growth Qualifications 2+ years of management experience in fitness, boutique studios, hospitality, or retail. Proven track record in sales, staff leadership, and community building. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Current CPR/AED certification (fitness certification preferred, but not required).
