Our culture is similar to a start-up, very hands-on, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial—we care about doing work completely and correctly, keeping a clean and safe shop, helping each other, and going above and beyond for our customers. We are looking for a motivated, career-oriented person who wants to put in the effort and grow with us. Compensation will grow with results. We will train the right candidate. Job Summary This is an entry-level, growth-track role for someone who wants to grow into more responsibility and help scale a small modern manufacturing operation. This position will work directly with the business owners which requires overtime and weekends as needed. You will help us improve and scale our processes, support quality control on both product and procedures, and ultimately expand into a higher-responsibility role. Duties You will actively participate daily in all production tasks, including but not limited to: Machine operation, documentation, testing, packaging Scheduling priorities Organization of resources to meet deadlines Participate in weekly operations meetings and KPIs Inventory and shipping tasks Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform other tasks as needed As you grow you will become more hands on with managing operations. The goal is to ultimately grow into a full operations management role that will include production control and managing team members. We care more about mindset than experience.
