A leading advisory firm is looking to add a senior-level Finance & Accounting leader to its growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond traditional accounting and take on a client-facing, strategic advisory rol e with significant ownership and visibility. What you'll be doing:- Lead complex accounting and finance engagements across a variety of industries
- Advise C-suite executives on technical accounting, transactions, reporting, and capital markets activities
- Oversee engagements from scoping through execution
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
- Support business development and contribute to firm growth
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams
- Stay at the forefront of evolving accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Ideal background:
- 14+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or advisory
- Big 4 experience strongly preferred
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise
- Experience with complex transactions such as M&A, IPOs, divestitures, or capital markets
- Proven client relationship and business development skills
- Comfortable operating at the executive level
