Assistant General ManagerOverview - $17.00 Hour Plus Uncapped Commission As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving team performance and operational excellence. You lead from the front—demonstrating best-in-class sales behaviors, coaching your team, and ensuring the store runs smoothly day to day. You'll serve as a trusted partner to the General Manager and take ownership of the business in their absence, helping your team consistently achieve and exceed goals.
